**APRIL**
This is a beautiful month this year! The woods are regaining their green, lush, beauty and the bulbs and trees we have planted are sprouting with color as well! Birds are singing, crickets making music at night, and spring is seen everywhere! Come on over for a visit folks! You won't want to leave! :o)
This month is Samuel's 5th birthday. He has been anxiously counting the days until it comes. Oh! what birthdays use to mean to us all as children! I never thought I would have so much fun enjoying so many birthdays! Samuel was concerned that his Grandma Hill would not be here to celebrate with him, so he wanted to wait a day, but deep within he wanted to celebrate on the day of, so we have had two small parties. One where he got a few gifts on his real birthdate, and then on Sunday when the Grandparents, Aunts and Uncle Dan were back. He really enjoys his family. He is defidently one of a kind.
Thanks to everyone for making Samuels birthday enjoyable. He enjoyed those who were able to be here and also his phone calls. He may not have said much but he told Mrs. Hardaway at church all about the many calls he got, and he told about it with much enthusiasm. You never know if it really meant anything to a child this young or not, but I can honestly tell you that I know he enjoyed it.
Well, April is nearly over. We have done much planting and "spring cleaning". For the most part all of our winter items have been packed but our coats "Just in case". The time for our baby's birth is getting closer! Anyone impatient for next month? I know those at our church are! Stay tuned!

Note to Taid....
Samuel LOVES his ABC book! He likes to take it to church on Sunday evenings to do his alphabet and still uses it at home as well. The fact is, he and Hannah are both into it and I may have to buy one for her to use as well. It was the perfect gift. Thank you. From all of us. :o)
